What happens to your enquiry.
This notice explains how Valoply uses the details you send when you ask about plywood.
What you send
An enquiry may include your name, company, email address, country or destination port, the panels you need, quantities and any message you write. Please leave out payment details, passwords and anything else a plywood order does not need.
Why we use it
Only to answer you: to clarify the specification, prepare a quotation, send samples, plan a mill visit and, when you order, to arrange production, inspection, shipping and documents. An enquiry does not sign you up to newsletters.
People and services involved
Our sales team and, once you order, the member factory that produces your panels and the forwarders and inspectors the shipment needs. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and email is handled by our email provider. We do not sell your details or publish your message.
Cookies and analytics
When you accept cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures which pages of valoply.com are viewed, where visitors arrive from, their approximate country and device type. We look at these numbers in aggregate to understand which furniture panels and grades interest buyers. Advertising features are off, and the data is kept for 14 months.
If you decline, no analytics cookie is set; your browser only remembers the choice itself. The cookie preferences button at the bottom of every page lets you change your decision.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept while they are useful for answering you and for the records an export order requires, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by email.
